Privacy Policy

Updated 22 October 2026. This policy describes the data used by ZenX Community at community.zenxacademy.com.

Who runs this community

ZenX Community is the discussion and learning community associated with ZenX Academy. For privacy questions, account export or deletion requests, contact the community administrator through the official ZenX Academy website. Include your community username; never send your password.

Account and public profile data

Registration collects a username, email address, phone number, password and acceptance of community rules. Passwords are stored as hashes. Profile information you choose to publish can include your display name, username, bio, image and social links. Email and phone fields are intended for private account administration, not public profile display.

Posts, replies and communities

Published discussions, comments, community descriptions and profile fields are public and may be indexed, quoted or cached by search engines and AI services. Do not publish confidential information. Publicly uploaded images can contain identifying details or embedded metadata; redact them before upload. Drafts, pending moderation submissions and private account screens are restricted by the application.

Cookies and preferences

WordPress uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. The application also stores interface preferences such as theme selection. Cookies or temporary server records can support security checks and repeat-view limiting. Embedded content and links to external sites follow the external provider’s own policies.

Views, activity and security

The application records post view totals and daily counts, engagement events and moderation history. Daily visitor identifiers are derived using keyed hashes from account IDs or network/browser signals. Raw network and browser information may be processed temporarily for abuse prevention; hosting infrastructure may also maintain request logs. Tracked views are visits, not a verified count of individual people.

Verification evidence

Member verification may require minimal redacted evidence. Do not upload Aadhaar, passports, payment documents or unnecessary government identifiers. The verification workflow restricts evidence to authorised administrators, expires access after 30 days and uses scheduled cleanup. Community Green Tick requests record the requesting owner’s account and review explanation.

Services that process data

Hosting, email delivery, WordPress components and enabled integrations may process information needed to run the requested feature. Public content can be retrieved by crawlers. An enabled AI-assisted feature may send the material used for that feature to its configured provider. Do not enter confidential personal information into public posts or AI prompts. External providers may operate outside your location.

Retention

Accounts and published content remain until changed, removed or no longer needed for the service. Current cleanup rules retain daily visitor activity for approximately 45 days and action-event history for approximately 90 days. Post view totals, daily post metrics, moderation audit records and account records can persist separately. Verification evidence expires after 30 days; actual deletion depends on scheduled jobs running. Hosting logs and backup copies follow the hosting configuration and may remain after a live record is removed.

Your requests

You may ask an administrator to review, correct, export or delete your account data. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Some records may be retained where needed for security, moderation, dispute handling or applicable obligations. Removing a live post does not automatically remove copies already held by other people or search engines.

Policy changes

We will update this page when the documented features or practices change. For concerns, use the official ZenX Academy contact channel.
